Partnership Health Centers is passionate about keeping our members healthy. We strive to improve health outcomes and reduce healthcare costs for our members.
Partnership Health Centers was founded with the goal of transforming healthcare. We aggressively advocate for members' health needs, provide knowledge, and skillfully promote early care. Partnership Health Centers informs members of signs of illness when they first emerge, making it easy for them to go for testing, screenings, and check-ups, and act on the results. As a result, they can have healthier, happier, and more productive lives. An added benefit is that employers and employees alike can save substantial amounts of money—Partnership Health Centers' win-win solution.
We believe in the wisdom of early care and care coordination among providers.
We remind members when it's time to take advantage of their covered screenings, tests, and check-ups.
We offer unique tools to keep members from becoming ill and, when they get sick, return them to health quickly.
Our members make their own medical decisions but we are there to ensure that the member's choice is always an informed one.
No one in the industry offers more services at the same location, with same-day appointments and no co-pays!
